Terms & Conditions

1. Payment: Full payment secures your spot.
2. Access: Only registered participants can access program materials.
3. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks,
   program materials, accessible in the program and its content (including text, graphics, logos, images, audio
   clips, and software) are owned by Advantage Management Consulting or its licensors. Reproduction,
   distribution, modification, creation derivative works of, publicly display, or perform any part of the
   program or its content is prohibited.
4. Changes: We may adjust schedules, content, or facilitators as needed.
5. Liability: We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not liable for indirect damages.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds: available up to 30 days before the start date, minus a 25% fee. No refunds within 30 days but
   transfers to a future cohort may be possible.
2. Program Cancellations: If we cancel, you’ll be automatically moved to the rescheduled cohort or you’ll
   receive a full refund if you cannot participate at the new time.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Use: We collect your information for program access, payment, and occasional surveys to
   improve our programs. Survey data may be used for testimonials and program enhancement without
   sharing personal details unless specifically permitted by you.
2. Photos: We may take a group photo of the cohort for our records and promotional materials; participation is
   optional.
3. Data Security: We take steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Communications: By enrolling, you agree to receive program-related emails.
5. Sessions are recorded so that missed sessions can be viewed as part of the agreement. In accordance with
   confidentiality principles, recordings are only shared with cohort participants and are deleted after program
   completion.
