Bonnie H6 May 2024Initially I engaged Advantage Management Consulting for their Executive Coaching services. The knowledge, mentoring, and encouragement I received from Gil helped me engage more fully in my managerial role and set aside personal restraints I had self imposed. Our company hired Advantage Management Consulting for a senior management retreat. We were provided tools and resources for better interdepartmental communication that allowed us to work more cohesively. We continue to use these tools in day to day communication. We once again brought in Advantage Management Consulting to complete a retreat with my team. Through the use of DISC, led by Gil, we developed a stronger awareness and appreciation of each others personality type. This created a level of trust and understanding that lead to open, honest, and productive decisions which in turn moved our team in the direction of creating and achieving new goals.
