This powerful process equips your team with a forward-thinking mindset, allowing them to move towards corporate goals together as a unit. Participants leave this process clear on the value and need for their contributions.
The customised nature of this process means we can only determine the scope once we’ve met with the key stakeholders, and sometimes only after a broader analysis.
We’ve had success with as few as 3 sessions over 5 months. For the longer engagements, the first 3 sessions are typically 3 to 4 weeks apart, with increasing gaps after that.
During each session, our coach-facilitators provide insights so that participants think about their role’s more strategically and proactively.
Inbetween sessions participants work with a focus and a structure which maintains the momentum towards strategically driven decisions and actions.
Because this process is so customised, there is no brochure, but we encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have so we can prepare a proposal outline for you. There is no fee for the initial discussions needed to prepare the proposal.
