Philippe Lubino

Philippe Lubino

Philippe was born and raised in France, arriving in Canada in 2005 right after obtaining an Engineering diploma in Computer Sciences. Despite a thrilling career with a tech company, Philippe went back to university to get an MBA and embarked on a new journey overseas. A few years later, back in Canada, he continued his leadership career in an indigenous organization. His 15+ years’ experience in leadership and management, in the private, public, and not for profit sectors, on 4 different continents with international organizations in multicultural contexts (Canadian First Nations, African and Asian countries) has shaped his caring and respectful coaching approach.

With such a diverse experience, Philippe observed countless leaders wishing to make a difference around them but ending up doing harm because they were lacking the knowledge and skills to do otherwise. Philippe truly believes that leaders are the foundations of our future world and wants to create a legion of inclusive leaders so that Diversity-Inclusion-Justice becomes a reality, driving change at scale.

Philippe coaches with heart and backbone. His warm presence comforts, reassures and creates conditions where people feel fully able to engage in his thought-provoking process. With a holistic approach to coaching, Philippe focuses on inclusive leadership development, empowering his clients in creating inclusive and healthy work environments and in navigating conflicts with confidence and authenticity. Philippe builds coaching relationships that support positive transformation and enable capability in others.

He enjoys working with clients in evolving, complex environments where the management of talent is increasingly challenging. Employee engagement and conflict management are key focus areas of Philippes coaching. Philippe accompanies his clients in developing their own solutions, building up their confidence and skills, and contributing to a more inclusive world.

His clients have confidence in his full attention and presence for them, in a calm and non-judgmental space, where they can safely explore and discover their underlying potential.
